Last Sim Bring Quebec to Rewrite the Book Records of the Bulldogs Franchise

(CBL Newswire) - By Mark Thechurch of the Quebec Sun

With a strike of seven games the Bulldogs just accomplish the best records of the whole history of the Quebec City franchise. Lead by Billy the kid Barnes, who has been nominated for a second month in a row for pitcher of the month award with a 5-0 record and an ERA of 1.13 in 39.6 innings pitched. He just reduced his opponents Avg. .196. This young kid has been absolutely marvellous for the Bulldogs since the all-star break. We have to remember after this league break that the Bulldogs were tied with Ottawa for first place, and now will probably clinch the division title for the first time, and probably reach the 100 victory magic number what we have never seen in Quebec City.

When I crossed the Bulldogs owner after the Blackwater game today I was able to read the dollars sign in the eyes of GM Seanosky. "Well Mark", Seanosky say's, "the ticket printer is running 24 hours a days to be able to be ready for the playoff, and I have a bargain deal to print both these and the battle of the beer tickets (it was the same price almost). That's where I am actually, the preparation of the playoff asked a lot of the Bulldog's staff, but we will be prepared to make a big party out of this event. That's a major happening in Quebec and the fans have waited for this a long time now. MC Yett and Bill Barnes are actually stars in the town, and young boys like Cedeno, Bonninci, Warner, Otey, and Greenwood can walk on the street and get mauled by the fans. Even Estel Littereal, a veteran who had a career season is treated like a king by the fans. I have rented the service of a security agent for the Windsor four game match up in the Dog House at the end of September where we will probably reach 100 victories. I'm still amazed each time I see our record this season, we will probably finish the season with thirty victories more than our last years performance, which is humungous".

I'm looking forward to see where the bulldogs will stop their run for the victories this year, but one thing is for sure, the opponent have to take care because they seem ready to bite at each moment.

Mark Thechurch for the Quebec sun ( I'm not sure, or not remember, each time i write where I'm working, for the Quebec Inquirer, or the Quebec Citizen) anyway, who cares.
