Could Canada Lose a Second Sport?

An Inside the Dugout Exclusive

(CBL Newswire) - by B-Mac of the Sherwood Shitrag

The CBL’s CBA will expire at the end of seasons end and both the owners and players want to make this mess go away but there are huge gaps in between the two parties. The Shitrag has done some intense research too bring you the inside story.

Players Association presidents’ Hayden Revelez and Trad Ale met yesterday with CBL Commissioner Graham Colvin and his assistant aka drinking buddy James Wesley. Revelez and Colvin met and discussed the issues while Ale and Wesley were seen by locals pissing all over the floor and talking Spanish. According to Colvin and Revelez, two major issues sit between the two sides: Salaries and Steroid Testing.

You might have remembered last season when controversy arose after Haywood Jablomi wrote an article revealing information about Jack U. Upp having done association with many top players in the CBL. Upp was charged in court and was sentenced to 400 hours of flipping burgers but many questions came about after the whole thing. Owners want steroid testing to keep the league clean but players say that ‘Steroids make the game more exciting”. Says Revelez, “Who wants to see a boring 315 foot home run??? We want to see 600 foot blasts.”

The second big issue is the beer. Many players are getting “too much beer” according too many owners. Owners want to rollback 30% of all beer. Two reasons according Colvin: “First off all, I’m sick of my players being hung-over and second off all, I’m sick of them drinking it all, I want some too. Why can’t I get hung-over???”

Wesley had this too say, “CBA? What the hell is the CBA? Oh, that’s what we were talking about. I was just there for the free tab.”

There is no word on future meetings but we will keep you up to date.
