Wow what a first season in Cobourg....attendance is exceeding expectation...but with the Stampeders searching for a playoff spot you can see why all the sellouts.
When asked now about the trade of Grief and seeing him leading the league in HRs, GM Strachan said it is like playing texas holdem, if you fold dont look at what you might have had just get on with the game. Sure we could use him Strachan went on, he may have won us 1 or 2 more games, but our future looks good and this year(pause), Well, we will just have to wait and see.
Notes....R. Babiarz hit some milestones this week with his 400th HR 8th alltime, 572nd Double 1st overall, 1225 RBIs 3rd alltime.
Its a battle out there for all playoff spots.
