Led by Dan Callegari, the Mud Cats of Cold Lake are the 2013 CBL Champions. The team of the first CBL decade, showed no signs of letting in in the CBL's second decade when they clincally dismissed the Owen Sound Crusaders in four games and took the beer home for the third time in their storied history.
Perhaps weary of the Crusaders story tale finsh of 2009, the Mud Cats always managed to stay just ahead throughout the series and eventually wore the Owen Sound pitching out while their own pitching was always doing enough to keep the Crusaders down.
