Pierson Alcazar@   Left Fielder | Ottawa Milk Men Hitting In past seasons, Alcazar has been a bit of a liability with men on base. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. Baserunning & Defense Alcazar doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a couple bases each season without getting caught very often. His glovework leaves a lot to be desired. His arm is accurate enough. 2025 Outlook The Ottawa Milk Men were smart, they locked Alcazar up to a long term contract. Alcazar performance in AAA is making it difficult for the Ottawa Milk Men to ignore him much longer. Expect his name to be on the September call-up list.           -- Emu Nyman, AA/AAA Scout
