Sam Alderson
Third Baseman | Free Agents

Hitting
Alderson never has been a patient hitter. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. He rarely pulls pitches, preferring to shoot line drives to right-center.

Baserunning & Defense
He doesn't get good jumps on grounders, but his routes are fine and his hands aren't bad. His arm is accurate enough. Alderson's speed is now average at best and he steals only infrequently.
