Iestyn Baumbeck   Left Fielder | Yellowknife Bluenotes Hitting Baumbeck is an excellent mistake hitter who belts middle-of-the-plate fastballs or hanging breaking balls. Baumbeck always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. Baumbeck uses the entire field and typically produces a couple of hitting streaks of 10 or more games during a season. Baserunning & Defense His arm and range are average, and he has a tendency to get lazy with his feet. Baumbeck is an intelligent baserunner with average speed, but he's not a basestealing threat. 2025 Outlook Baumbeck performance in AAA is making it difficult for the Yellowknife Bluenotes to ignore him much longer.
