Billy Berry
First Baseman | Fort Mac Roughnecks
Hitting Berry has quick hands and is able to cover the entire plate. One of the nice things about Billy is that he's a real clutch hitter. Berry always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. He likes to pull the ball, but don't be surprised if he puts the ball the opposite field from time to time. He's a smart batter and takes good note of how the fielders are shading him.
Baserunning & Defense His defense is solid but unspectacular. His arm is accurate enough. He has below-average speed and is stiff on the basepath. He's poor on a straight steal but has some success at reading pitchers and working a delayed steal.
