Nub Bluege
Third Baseman | Retired or Inactive Players
Hitting This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. With his slap-hitting approach, Bluege always hits like he already has two strikes. The results are usually groundballs or line drives to the opposite field. Even though you might not start him, he's not a bad guy to have on your bench for the tough left-handed reliever. You can expect Nub Bluege to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.
Baserunning & Defense Bluege doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a handful of bases each season without getting caught very often. When you play Bluege you're not putting him in for his glove. His arm is accurate enough.
2025 Outlook Bluege flat-out isn't ready for this level of competition. Expect the Retired or Inactive Players to send him down promptly.
