Starley Borella   Starting Pitcher | Retired or Inactive Players Pitching If you're going in to face Borella, better be wearing plenty of protection. He's wild. You know, some times I think I can throw harder than Borella, and that's saying a lot. He's almost as effective against lefthanders as he is versus righthanders. Defense & Hitting He doesn't hold runners very close, which gives his catcher a bit of a workout. Borella doesn't field his position well. Borella is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Borella has some pop in his swing. Interesting sidenote, The Retired or Inactive Players have been known to use Borella as a pinch-runner on occasion. 2025 Outlook But if you ask me, I'll pass on Borella.           -- Moostard Nyman
