Mike Camphor   Third Baseman | Fort Mac Roughnecks Hitting He has a very quick bat and can adjust to a pitch's movement as well as any hitter in the game. He's still a singles hitter at heart, and knows how to shorten up and protect the plate with two strikes. During the last two years, he has become more patient and gotten better loft on the ball. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. He likes to pull the ball, but don't be surprised if he puts the ball the opposite field from time to time. He's a smart batter and takes good note of how the fielders are shading him. Baserunning & Defense He doesn't get good jumps on grounders, but his routes are fine and his hands aren't bad. His arm is well above average both in strength and accuracy.
