Blaine DeLeon
Catcher | Retired or Inactive Players
Hitting With his ability to hit for average and his sound batting eye, he makes a good No. 2 hitter. DeLeon always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. A spray hitter in the classic sense, Blaine puts the ball all over the park.
Baserunning & Defense His defense is solid but unspectacular. His biggest problem in the field simply has to be his throwing arm... it's well below par. He generally takes one base at a time, though he'll take advantage if an outfielder gets lackadaisical.
