Lorenzo DiSarcina
Starting Pitcher | Creston Kokanee
Pitching His changeup isn't bad... he fools his share of hitters. DiSarcina can get into trouble with walks, and there's concern about him being able to maintain his stuff over the whole season. He attacks lefties and righties with similar success.
Defense & Hitting With a decent slide step and his constant attention to the running game, DiSarcina limits the damage done by basestealers. He gobbles up comebackers, sometimes roaming far from the mound to get a glove on a ball. DiSarcina is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but DiSarcina has some pop in his swing.
2025 Outlook I can't say I know what The Creston Kokanee were doing locking this guy up to a long term contract. A questionable call at best. If DiSarcina doesn't perform, the Creston Kokanee won't hesitate to send him down to the minors. I just don't know if The Creston Kokanee are ever going to get what they expect out of him.
