Vicente Estrella   Left Fielder | Owen Sound Crusaders Hitting Estrella has quick hands and is able to cover the entire plate. He generates most of his power against righthanders. He sometimes will press in clutch situations and chase fastballs up and out of the zone. Estrella was a line-drive hitter when he first came up, but over the last few years has become more of a true home-run hitter, lofting more high flyballs. Don't be surprised if The Owen Sound Crusaders's manager sits Estrella when you throw your ace lefty. For some reason, he just can't figure out the southpaw. Estrella tends to zone in on the power-alleys. Most of his outfield hits are to left and right center. Baserunning & Defense Estrella isn't a fluid left fielder, but he's not afraid to get dirty and gets the job done. He's also one of the better throwing leftfielders in the league. Estrella is an intelligent baserunner with average speed, but he's not a basestealing threat. 2025 Outlook The Owen Sound Crusaders were smart, they locked Estrella up to a long term contract.
