Marcus Ferrel   Center Fielder | Fort Mac Roughnecks Hitting In past seasons, Ferrel has been a bit of a liability with men on base. The book on Ferrel is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. Ferrel always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. Baserunning & Defense With his blinding speed, quick first step and good judgment, Ferrel easily can become a high-percentage, 50-steal man. Ferrel isn't a fluid center fielder, but he's not afraid to get dirty and gets the job done. Ferrel has one of the strongest arms among centerfielders. 2025 Outlook I can't say I know what The Fort Mac Roughnecks were doing locking this guy up to a long term contract.
