Kal Garibai
Second Baseman | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
The book on Garibai is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. I tell you, it's a real trip to watch this kid play. He gives 110% all the time... unfortunately that means he tends to run out of gas as the game wears on. With his slap-hitting approach, Garibai always hits like he already has two strikes. The results are usually groundballs or line drives to the opposite field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. You can expect Kal Garibai to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.

Baserunning & Defense
Garibai doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a handful of bases each season without getting caught very often. When you play Garibai you're not putting him in for his glove. His arm is accurate enough.

2025 Outlook
Garibai flat-out isn't ready for this level of competition. Expect the Retired or Inactive Players to send him down promptly.
