Al Grantham   Left Fielder | Retired or Inactive Players Hitting The book on Grantham is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. Grantham always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. Grantham struggles on the road. Baserunning & Defense Grantham isn't a fluid left fielder, but he's not afraid to get dirty and gets the job done. His arm is accurate enough. Grantham doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a handful of bases each season without getting caught very often. 2025 Outlook Grantham has below average skills, even for the low minors.
