Otha Hascall
Right Fielder | Retired or Inactive Players
Hitting The book on Hascall is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. Hascall always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.
Baserunning & Defense He generally takes one base at a time, though he'll take advantage if an outfielder gets lackadaisical. Hascall doesn't read balls well off the bat, misses cutoff men consistently and floats throws to the infield. Runners take advantage of his weak arm.
