Elisyo Joslyn   Relief Pitcher | Retired or Inactive Players Pitching He struggles with his command at times and is still learning to mix his pitches and set up hitters. Steals sometimes unnerve Joslyn, who isn't blessed with extraordinary self-confidence. He can hit 90 MPH but is too smart to try to get his fastball past most hitters. Sometimes I wish he'd just give up on throwing the changeup, it's like a BP ball! He attacks lefties and righties with similar success. He struggles away from home. Defense & Hitting Joslyn doesn't make much of an attempt to combat the running game. Basestealers ran at will last year. A shaky fielder, he's slow to react to grounders and often looks unsure on his throws to the bases. Joslyn is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Joslyn has some pop in his swing. Interesting sidenote, The Retired or Inactive Players have been known to use Joslyn as a pinch-runner on occasion. 2025 Outlook Joslyn flat-out isn't ready for this level of competition. Expect the Retired or Inactive Players to send him down promptly. But if you ask me, I'll pass on Joslyn.           -- Moostard Nyman
