He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. One thing's for sure, Mike McIvor is a dead-pull hitter. He absolutely loves playing before the hometown crowd, and they love him!

Baserunning & Defense
McIvor isn't a fluid catcher, but he's not afraid to get dirty and gets the job done. His arm is accurate enough. McIvor is an intelligent baserunner with average speed, but he's not a basestealing threat.

2025 Outlook
The Fort Mac Roughnecks signed him to a long-term contract, but don't think they won't drop McIvor like a hot potato if something better comes along.
