Rabih Orner   Relief Pitcher | Sask Yellow Jackets Pitching He has the ability to coax groundballs, which helps him succeed. He struggles with his command at times and is still learning to mix his pitches and set up hitters. His fastball gets into the high 80s, but it's the sink that makes the pitch effective. Orner also throws a screwball. In his first taste of the majors, he has kept lefthanders in check but wasn't as effective against righties. Defense & Hitting With a decent slide step and his constant attention to the running game, Orner limits the damage done by basestealers. Orner is nothing special in the field. Orner is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Orner has some pop in his swing. 2025 Outlook The Sask Yellow Jackets signed him to a long-term contract, but don't think they won't drop Orner like a hot potato if something better comes along.           -- Moostard Nyman
