Paul Peters
Left Fielder | Free Agents
Hitting He has the mental discipline to handle clutch situations. The book on Peters is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. You can expect Paul Peters to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.
Baserunning & Defense Peters isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out. When you play Peters you're not putting him in for his glove. His arm is accurate enough.
2025 Outlook What The Free Agents was thinking when they signed Peters to a long contract, is beyond me: this guy flat-out sucks.
