Sterling Ritter
First Baseman | Retired or Inactive Players
Hitting Ritter never has been a patient hitter. With his slap-hitting approach, Ritter always hits like he already has two strikes. The results are usually groundballs or line drives to the opposite field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. You can expect Sterling Ritter to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.
Baserunning & Defense Ritter isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out. When you play Ritter you're not putting him in for his glove. His arm is accurate enough.
2025 Outlook AA isn't the right place for Ritter. Expect the Retired or Inactive Players to send him down for some minor retooling.
