Chris Shilanski   Catcher | Free Agents Hitting He has the mental discipline to handle clutch situations. The book on Shilanski is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. He has a natural lift to his swing, which produces few groundballs. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. Baserunning & Defense His defense is solid but unspectacular. His arm is accurate enough.
