Pitching
He's got a really stong arm, so he can blow it by you on occasion. Speechlay can get into trouble with walks, and there's concern about him being able to maintain his stuff over the whole season. Speechlay also has a decent changeup. His pitches lose some movement when he pitches from the stretch position. He attacks lefties and righties with similar success.

Defense & Hitting
Speechlay's move to first base is average. Speechlay is nothing special in the field. Speechlay is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Speechlay has some pop in his swing.

2025 Outlook
The Lethbridge Typhoon signed him to a long-term contract, but don't think they won't drop Speechlay like a hot potato if something better comes along.
