Cordell Stockner   Left Fielder | Retired or Inactive Players Hitting Stockner always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. It's hard to explain but Cordell Stockner plays much better on the road then he does at home. Baserunning & Defense Stockner doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a handful of bases each season without getting caught very often. When you play Stockner you're not putting him in for his glove.
