Clay Strasbaugh   Left Fielder | Free Agents Hitting One of the nice things about Clay is that he's a real clutch hitter. Strasbaugh never has been a patient hitter. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. Clay Strasbaugh has made a career of putting the ball to the opposite field. That's rare in this day and age. Baserunning & Defense Strasbaugh isn't a fluid left fielder, but he's not afraid to get dirty and gets the job done. He also holsters a cannon on his right shoulder, and led the Free Agents in outfield assists. Strasbaugh doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a couple bases each season without getting caught very often. 2025 Outlook I can't say I know what The Free Agents were doing locking this guy up to a long term contract.
