Elwood Tarrant   Relief Pitcher | Free Agents Pitching When his release point drops below three-quarters, his fastball tends to hang in the strike zone. Sometimes I wish he'd just give up on throwing the changeup, it's like a BP ball! Tarrant also throws a screwball. He's trying to develop a sinker, but as of yet it's been well below par. He's almost as effective against lefthanders as he is versus righthanders. Defense & Hitting His pickoff move is only fair. Tarrant never has been a good fielder. Tarrant is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Tarrant has some pop in his swing. 2025 Outlook It's really a shame he hasn't caught on somewhere.
