Strengths: The Blues have one of the best all-around second basemen in the league. Charlottetown has a phenominal outfield. They have a very impressive bullpen. Weaknesses: Looks like they need five quality starters in the rotation. Quite frankly, the Blues don't have any true long relievers or first basemen, so one has to imagine that's high on their wishlist. |
