STRENGTHS / WEAKNESSES

Strengths: They have a great firstbasemen in Hill, so don't expect much to change there. They have a very impressive bullpen.
Weaknesses: Ottawa's looking to replace their older shortstop with a little youth. Management would like to find someone to play third baseman for them. They need two quality outfielders. Quite frankly, the Milk Men don't have any true long relievers, so one has to imagine that's high on their wishlist.
