Hitting
Alejandro has quick hands and is able to cover the entire plate. Alejandro always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. He likes to pull the ball, but don't be surprised if he puts the ball the opposite field from time to time. He's a smart batter and takes good note of how the fielders are shading him.
Baserunning & Defense
He doesn't get good jumps on grounders, but his routes are fine and his hands aren't bad. His arm is accurate enough. Alejandro isn't fast, but he's a heady baserunner who rarely gets thrown out.
