Mark Baker
Center Fielder | Retired or Inactive Players

Hitting
This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. But Mark's detracters are quick to call attention to his ongoing struggles at the plate with men on base. Baker always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.

Baserunning & Defense
Baker is an intelligent baserunner with average speed, but he's not a basestealing threat. When you play Baker you're not putting him in for his glove. His arm is accurate enough.

2025 Outlook
One has to wonder what Mark Baker is doing in AA. In all honesty, he could use a lot of work on the fundamentals in the low minors.
