Vernon Cangelosi   Starting Pitcher | Halifax Oilers Pitching Cangelosi can get into trouble with walks, and there's concern about him being able to maintain his stuff over the whole season. Because he can't overpower hitters, Cangelosi has to fool them instead. He's almost as effective against lefthanders as he is versus righthanders. Defense & Hitting He has quick feet and can catch runners napping at first or second base. He gobbles up comebackers, sometimes roaming far from the mound to get a glove on a ball.
