Isreal Carroway
Second Baseman | Retired or Inactive Players
Hitting The Retired or Inactive Players do tend to sit Carroway when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball.
Baserunning & Defense He doesn't get good jumps on grounders, but his routes are fine and his hands aren't bad. His biggest problem in the field simply has to be his throwing arm... it's well below par. Carroway doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a couple bases each season without getting caught very often.
