Homerun Clouston
Shortstop | Retired or Inactive Players
Hitting The book on Clouston is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. Clouston always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. The Retired or Inactive Players do tend to sit Clouston when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball.
Baserunning & Defense He has below-average speed and is stiff on the basepath. He's poor on a straight steal but has some success at reading pitchers and working a delayed steal. Minor league scouts have accused Clouston of being a liability in the field. Homerun's arm leaves a little to be a desired.
