Josh Dawin@   Relief Pitcher | Guelph Storm Pitching His fastball gets into the high 80s, but it's the sink that makes the pitch effective. He has an above-average changeup and the ability to throw from a variety of arm angles. He attacks lefties and righties with similar success. Defense & Hitting Dawin is nothing special in the field. He never has controlled the running game. Dawin is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Dawin has some pop in his swing. Interesting sidenote, The Guelph Storm have been known to use Dawin as a pinch-runner on occasion. 2025 Outlook The Guelph Storm signed him to a long-term contract, but don't think they won't drop Dawin like a hot potato if something better comes along.           -- Ska Nyman, A-Ball Scout
