Birch Felberbaum
Catcher | Retired or Inactive Players
Hitting One of the nice things about Birch is that he's a real clutch hitter. If it's late in the game, and there are men on base, you want this guy at the plate. Felberbaum never has been a patient hitter. Felberbaum always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.
Baserunning & Defense Felberbaum doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a handful of bases each season without getting caught very often. When you play Felberbaum you're not putting him in for his glove. His arm is accurate enough.
2025 Outlook Felberbaum flat-out isn't ready for this level of competition. Expect the Retired or Inactive Players to send him down promptly.
