Keion Kalt   Relief Pitcher | Retired or Inactive Players Pitching His fastball gets into the high 80s, but it's the sink that makes the pitch effective. His composure needs work. When Kalt starts getting hit, he gets mad and loses concentration. If you're going in to face Kalt, better be wearing plenty of protection. He's wild. But Kalt, do us a favor. Stop throwing that changeup. It looks like a beachball. He traditionally fares better against lefties. Defense & Hitting Kalt does an average job of holding runners. He isn't especially quick off the mound but generally fields his position adequately. Kalt is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Kalt has some pop in his swing. Interesting sidenote, The Retired or Inactive Players have been known to use Kalt as a pinch-runner on occasion. 2025 Outlook One has to wonder what Keion Kalt is doing in AA.
