Graig Lamp
First Baseman | Port Hope Battery
Hitting Lamp provides an ongoing clinic on how to hit .300. He works the count in his favor, waiting for his pitch or settling for a walk. He has a natural lift to his swing, which produces few groundballs. The Port Hope Battery do tend to sit Lamp when the opposing team throws a lefty. It's no secret he can't touch the left-handed breaking ball. You can expect Graig Lamp to pull the ball.
Baserunning & Defense He's an adequate first basemen who is helped by his experience. His arm is accurate enough. Lamp has below-average speed and is a poor baserunner.
