Eduardo Minson   Second Baseman | Free Agents Hitting The book on Minson is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. Minson always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. Baserunning & Defense Minson doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a couple bases each season without getting caught very often. When you play Minson you're not putting him in for his glove.
