Enos Shopay
First Baseman | Retired or Inactive Players
Hitting In past seasons, Shopay has been a bit of a liability with men on base. This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. Shopay always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.
Baserunning & Defense He has below-average speed and is stiff on the basepath. He's poor on a straight steal but has some success at reading pitchers and working a delayed steal. His glovework leaves a lot to be desired. His biggest problem in the field simply has to be his throwing arm... it's well below par.
