Zerek Tomasso
First Baseman | Retired or Inactive Players
Hitting One of the nice things about Zerek is that he's a real clutch hitter. The book on Tomasso is that you can knock the bat out of his hands with an average major league fastball. With his slap-hitting approach, Tomasso always hits like he already has two strikes. The results are usually groundballs or line drives to the opposite field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. You can expect Zerek Tomasso to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is.
Baserunning & Defense When you play Tomasso you're not putting him in for his glove. His biggest problem in the field simply has to be his throwing arm... it's well below par. He generally takes one base at a time, though he'll take advantage if an outfielder gets lackadaisical.
