Reem Baroody   Relief Pitcher | Retired or Inactive Players Pitching His fastball gets into the high 80s, but it's the sink that makes the pitch effective. If you're going in to face Baroody, better be wearing plenty of protection. He's wild. He traditionally fares better against lefties. Defense & Hitting He never has controlled the running game. Baroody seems distracted after his delivery. He's sometimes out of position, fails to cover a base or doesn't back up throws. Baroody is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Baroody has some pop in his swing. Interesting sidenote, The Retired or Inactive Players have been known to use Baroody as a pinch-runner on occasion. 2025 Outlook One has to wonder what Reem Baroody is doing in AA.
