Lazar Gulley   Second Baseman | Retired or Inactive Players Hitting Gulley never has been a patient hitter. I tell you, it's a real trip to watch this kid play. He gives 110% all the time... unfortunately that means he tends to run out of gas as the game wears on. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. You can expect Lazar Gulley to hit the ball to the opposite field... that's just the kind of hitter he is. Baserunning & Defense His defense is solid but unspectacular. His biggest problem in the field simply has to be his throwing arm... it's well below par. Gulley doesn't have great speed, though he reads righthanders' moves well enough to steal a few bases each season without getting caught very often. 2025 Outlook One has to wonder what Lazar Gulley is doing in AA.
