Hitting
This guy can't hit a watermelon with a lampost. Noland always has been a line-drive hitter who uses the entire field. He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency.
Baserunning & Defense
When you play Noland you're not putting him in for his glove. His biggest problem in the field simply has to be his throwing arm... it's well below par. He has below-average speed and is stiff on the basepath. He's poor on a straight steal but has some success at reading pitchers and working a delayed steal.
2025 Outlook
Noland flat-out isn't ready for this level of competition. Expect the Retired or Inactive Players to send him down promptly.
