Pitching
His fastball is just average, and therefore he relies heavily on placing it in different parts of the strike zone or setting it up with his sinker. Sometimes I wish he'd just give up on throwing the changeup, it's like a BP ball! The running movement on his pitches makes life tougher on lefties than righties.

Defense & Hitting
A quick pickoff move and a slide step prevent runners from stealing bases. He isn't especially quick off the mound but generally fields his position adequately. Parris is a surpisingly good hitting pitcher. And I'm not sure you can say this about a pitcher, but Parris has some pop in his swing.

2025 Outlook
Parris performance in AAA is making it difficult for the Kelowna Okanagans to ignore him much longer. Expect his name to be on the September call-up list. I really like what this guy brings to the table.
