He hits righthanders and lefthanders with equal consistency. One thing's for sure, Kirk Swihart is a dead-pull hitter. He struggles away from home. Baserunning & Defense Swihart isn't a fluid catcher, but he's not afraid to get dirty and gets the job done. He's also one of the better throwing catchers in the league.
